Join us for this fabulous Workshop, where YOU personally will make sinfully delicious Ports and Ice Wines of your choice. You will begin the winemaking process on Sunday September 28 (3-5pm) with a couple dozen other winemakers, starting primary fermentation of a wide variety of Ports and Ice Wines. As a workshop participant, you will select 3 Port or Ice Wine flavors and participate in the 3 classes to hand-craft these fabulous dessert wines. At the end of the third class on Sunday November 16 (3-5pm), the session when all the Ports and Ice Wines will be bottled (just in time for Thanksgiving), you will take home 3 bottles each (375ml size) of your 3 flavors – so 9 bottles in total, for $135 (excl. sales tax and required $15 NJ Winemakers Permit). Attendance for the 2nd class on Sunday October 12 (3-5pm), the session to clear and stabilize the wines, is not mandatory.
